01
Individual
Therapy
We offer telehealth therapy to make it easier for you to access mental health care from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure and confidential video platform. Whether you're navigating life's challenges, seeking self-discovery, or aiming to enhance your mental health, individual therapy provides personalized support and tailored strategies just for you.
02
Art Therapy provides a safe space for people to explore and communicate their emotions, thoughts, and experiences without relying solely on words, especially when verbal communication poses challenges. In art therapy, the focus is on the creative expression itself, rather than on artistic skill or final artwork. Individuals grappling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or trauma utilize art therapy to safely process difficult emotions, leading to new insights and healthier ways to cope.
03
Ecotherapy
Ecotherapy is an approach to mental health that emphasizes the connection between individuals and the natural environment. It involves outdoor activities, exercises, and experiences in natural settings to promote emotional and psychological healing. Ecotherapy recognizes the therapeutic benefits of spending time in nature. As such, these sessions are in-person (weather-permitting) and not covered by insurance.

Consultation &
Pre-licensed Supervision
Open studio in art therapy is a flexible, inclusive, and self-directed space for varying levels of creative expression. Participants have the freedom to choose art materials and projects, allowing for a more personalized and spontaneous artistic experience. While an art therapist may be present for guidance, the emphasis is on self-exploration and using art as a means of communication.
MBCT is an 8-week program tailored for those grappling with the weight of depression and anxiety. You'll learn to navigate the intricacies of your thoughts and emotions, embracing a mindful approach that breaks the cycle of despair. Develop practical skills to manage anxiety and cultivate a present-focused awareness that brings lasting relief.
We understand the challenges that come with building a career in psychotherapy. That's why we offer consultation and pre-licensed supervision services to support both licensed and pre-licensed therapists. Our experienced team provides clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists to meet licensure requirements and offers case consultation to licensed therapists looking for additional support.
